More than a source for wellness, the Feminine Ethos serve as the Guiding Principles for aligning you with your truest path. These Principles give you a practical and actionable roadmap for best supporting the various layers, the foundations, of your life–-this includes the wellbeing of your body, mind & spirit. By embracing these Principles, you unlock the wisdom of your true, divine feminine nature. This energy aligns you with your soul's unique blueprint and supports you in becoming the truest, realest, most authentic version of who you were born to be.
What are they? Each Principle is associated with one of four layers, outlined in the freebie below, that support the physical and non-physical (energetic) bodies of our human experience. Each layer represents aspects of our ‘being-ness’ and supports the wellbeing of our body, mind, and spirit.

By having Awareness we cultivate a deep understanding of the various foundational layers that make up our being-ness (aka our body, mind, & spirit).
Through the Alignment that happens as a result of taking action, we bring balance back into our lives and allow ourselves to fully flow in the being-ness of who we are.
Through personal Accountability we evaluate & take ownership of the current physical + energetic condition of our lives (think of it as a personal ‘life’ audit; or a ‘reality check’ with yourself.)

us
The Feminine Ethos emerged from our personal journeys as two soul-sister friends who embarked on the adventure of a lifetime to discover life-changing wisdom, tools, and practices that completely transformed the quality of our lives.
In March of 2023, we left the US to go on a soul-searching adventure throughout Europe and Mexico and for 8 months lived off of our suitcases. During our time exploring the world, each of us experienced profound realizations around how we had created our dream life and a deep desire to share this knowledge with others was born.
“Wouldn’t it have been nice to have had some kind of ‘manual’ to life?” Rosaura mentioned to Brenda at a local coffee shop in Spain, “Yes! Like ‘the ethos’ for how to navigate the journey of ‘womanhood’, and from that moment ‘The Feminine Ethos’ was born.

TRUE HEALING HAPPENS
It took us short of 30 years to personally discover that the source of almost everything we think we lack, be it spiritual, mental, or physical wellness comes from the imbalances within. Like many women, our wake-up call came through the physical manifestation of ‘disease’, aka ‘imbalances in our body’, that demanded our immediate attention and shoved us down the path of discovering how to be an ACTIVE participant in our self-growth and self-healing.
